Return Policy

We want your shopping experience at Sophia Collection to be truly spectacular! We hope you love each of the beautiful pieces you’ve selected; if not, we are happy to accept on a case by case basis, unworn returns, with tags attached, for all full priced items within 40 days of receipt.  Yes, you've read that right. That's 40 days of guaranteed free returns! You have all the time to try on these glamourous pieces and decide if you still love these accessories.  If not, we will happily send you a pre-paid return label, free of charge! We stand by our collection of jewels and can't wait for you all to own one too!

Exchanges

At the moment, orders cannot be exchanged online. We can provide replacements for defective or damaged merchandise. Please see Damaged/Defective Items instructions below.

Final Sale Items

Final Sale or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returning your purchase

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:

  1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click Request return.

 

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

*Note: You are responsible for the return shipping cost after the 40 day return period*


Important: We do not accept liability for lost return packages, and recommend that you insure and track your packages. You are welcome to choose the shipping method of your preference. UPS Drop Boxes are not a supported return method and can result in lost packages.

Receiving your refund

- Please note, the original shipping cost is non-refundable and will be deducted from the original payment amount.

- Refunds will be processed only to the original method of payment.

- Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your refund to be processed. Please note, depending on your bank, it can take 1-2 billing cycles before the refund can appear on your banking statement.

- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been successfully processed from our end.

Damaged/Defective Items

- We are sorry to hear you have potentially received a damaged or defective item! Please contact Sophia Collection Customer Service for further assistance.
- For a faster resolution, please send an email to info@sophiacollection.com , including a photo of the item, your contact details, the order number and item number/name.
